Benefits under Building and other Construction Workers Act 1996
- Accidental Benefit (in case of plaster upto Rs.5,000/-),
- Disablement due to accident (Medical expenses upto Rs.25,000/-),
- Medical Expenses for surgery of himself or dependants (upto Rs.30,000/-),
- T.B. Patients : Financial Assistance of Rs.3,000/- p.a.,
- Maternity Benefit : Rs.6,000/- (maximum two times),
- Natural Death Benefit : Rs.50,000/-,
- Accidental Death Benefit : Rs.1,50,000/-,
- Pension Scheme : Rs.750/- per month
- Family pension : 50% of the pension amount payable to nominee,
- Invalid Pension : Rs.750/- per month & Rs.375/- to nominee on his / her death,
- Housing Loan : Upto Rs.50,000/-,
- Refund of subscription with interest on maturity / death / unwilling to continue membership.
- Financial assistance for education of himself / herself or children of beneficiaries.
- Passed Madhyamik & admitted to H.S. or equivalent Rs.4,000/-
- Passed H.S. or equivalent & admitted to Degree / Diploma course Rs.6,000/-
- Admitted to Post Graduate / PG Diploma Rs.8,000/-
- Admitted to Engineering or Medical through Joint Entrance Rs.30,000/-
- Funeral expenses of Rs.3,000/- for each deceased beneficiary payable to nominee /members of the beneficiary,
- One time re-imbursement upto a maximum of Rs.2,000/- to each beneficiary for purchasing tools related to his / her profession.
- Cost of spectacles upto Rs.500/- to each registered beneficiary.
- One time re-imbursement upto a maximum of Rs.3,000/- to each beneficiary for purchasing Cycle (one time only)
